These terms govern use of this website and provide general conditions for Queuevectorpath analysis engagements. A signed proposal may add or replace project-specific terms.
Website use
Website content is general information, not a guarantee of a particular business outcome. You may not misuse the site, interfere with its operation or reproduce substantial content without permission.
Engagement scope
The agreed proposal defines the question, inputs, deliverables, timeline, fees and responsibilities. Clients are responsible for having lawful authority to provide data and for sharing only the fields agreed for the analysis.
Analysis and decisions
Findings depend on source quality, cohort size and stated assumptions. We explain material limitations, but clients remain responsible for product, marketing and operational decisions made using the work.
Confidentiality and intellectual property
Each party will protect confidential information received for the engagement. Clients retain their source data. Rights in bespoke deliverables and pre-existing methods are defined in the applicable proposal.
