Refund and cancellation policy
Because our work is a scheduled professional analysis service, refund eligibility depends on timing, work completed and committed costs.
Before work begins
A client may cancel in writing before the agreed start date. Fees paid are eligible for a full refund except any non-recoverable third-party cost or expressly non-refundable booking deposit identified in the proposal.
After work begins
If work has started, a partial refund may be available for the uncompleted portion. Time already spent, completed analysis, workshops delivered and specifically purchased data or materials are non-refundable. No refund is due for a completed and accepted deliverable merely because findings differ from expectations.
Rescheduling and no-shows
Please request rescheduling at least two business days before a workshop. We will make reasonable efforts to offer another time. Missed sessions or late cancellations may be charged for reserved time when this condition appears in the proposal.
How to request a refund
Email hello@queuevectorpath.digital with the organisation name, engagement reference, reason and preferred contact details. Eligible refunds are confirmed in writing and generally processed within 10 business days to the original payment method. Bank processing may take additional time.
Service issues and exceptions
If we cancel and cannot offer a suitable alternative, affected prepaid fees will be refunded in full. Exceptions required by applicable law remain unaffected. Contact us at +60 3 5513-3565 to discuss an urgent cancellation.
